I want to see if Kenichi, Ebiko or Ryushi can pass more than the speech writing roll (step 2) in Helping Hand. Both Shingo and Ryusei passed *only* the second step, in spite of at least decent dice pools, so I think Sakkaku may be trying to tell us something about Phoenix speech writing...

Tomorrow is dayflip, which means that we will have reached the mid-way point of the game. All of the Winds have been introduced, and now the real trouble can start!

However, as a quality of life thing, this is also the point where, traditionally, game fatigue does tend to get more noticeable. If you have the time, reach out to your fellow players and do the following:

1) Make sure they're doing okay emotionally. These games can be stressful! People get cranky! Is there something you (or we!) can do to help each other see this thing through?

2) Make plans ooc for the mid- to late- game. Which winds do you support? Why? How will you support them? Are there plots that you see that you'd like to get involved in? How can you help each other do that?


As a gesture toward #2: I sure would like to bring Matsu Tsuruyo and Shiba Higashime out more, but I haven't really been feeling it. Maybe someone's got an idea that they'd like to explore with them?
