Hey Cearnach! Just to be sure - did the treaty above get missed along the chaos of treaties on D11?

I think we should have enough actions to resubmit it on D12 without much fuss, but could you maybe give it priority if it's been missed? We still have at least 1, maybe 2 that need to hit the ground
