A few spin-off questions on the 'Pace of Court' discussion. Which things can/should we do when trying to bring something to court, then?

1) If I'm understanding things correctly, we could:

a) Post a placeholder when a space for the next topic appears, then roll and add the actual post later

b) Ghost a full post in our PFs and hope there's time for it to be posted before court closes;

Is that correct?

2) Also, for b) (Ghosting) - I'm assuming what we should do in that case is:
- First: Roll
- Second: Write the post (as it kinda depends on the result of the roll);

And what actually counts to decide what gets brought to court or not is the 'second' step (i.e., ghosting post timestamp).
Is that correct?

3) Related to the above - if we roll, post, but don't have time for our point to be posted, I'm assuming that counts as the roll never happening (and the VP never being spent)? Not likely to help that much b/c it's probably gonna happen near dayflip, but might matter here and there, so good to know

Fluff/RP question: Is the Empress's death actually unknown to the delegations until it's announced in Court in the afternoon of D5? Or is it one of those situations where the word is out the previous night/earlier in the morning but the formal announcement makes it official?
