There is, I just haven't a clue what it is, yet. I have to dig up the formula.

If you want to spend a slot describing making your art, you are welcome to, but it is not required for the purposes of the event.

You're ahead of me (but who isn't with my posting schedule.)

From previous events:

Your current glory 'rank' -1 in glory 'points' to participants.
Then after that you gain glory equal to the number of participants (including yourself) - 1.

So .3 to participants as Hoshiko is Glory 4.

11 participants (if Shintaro the NPC counts.) would offer 1 rank of Glory to Hoshiko

1) There probably should be, but it's going to have to wait its turn.

Hoping mainly for the last part of the spell's effects:

This is most frequently used to identify any supernatural qualities an item possesses, such as a nemuranai or a cursed weapon, but it can also identify the spell contained within a shugenja's prayer scroll. This spell will not allow a shugenja to read a scroll if it is written in a cipher he does not understand, but he can at least identify the spell in question. This spell will also grant the caster knowledge of the item's origin in very broad strokes, such as where it was forged, the Clan of the individual who has carried it the longest, or something similar at the GM's discretion.

(Although if it IS cursed or a nemuranai that'd be cool to know as well, of course!)

1) For the art half, "The Rumormonger Disadvantage is triggered by Part 2 of this event." What happens if you make the check and fail? Does it stop your event participation, or do you just have to gossip about it afterward (and if so, about what specifically)?

2) Do characters need to choose between Art and Sadane, or can one person do both?

2) Folks can do both. I'm not sure we have enough bodies for people to do contested Sadane rolls if we don't permit that.

You may either ignore the portion of an opponent's Armor TN derived from Armor, or gain a Free Raise when attacking. (You do not ignore Reduction from the Armor when choosing the first option.)

And a bit of a stretch here (big kitty stretch!), but does the archery count as a Skirmish for the purposes of Akodo Bushi 2?

Do you mean only one sumai interaction per day?

Or, each sumai interaction (that takes a single slot) should have one specific entry on the sumai page and one unique thread on the personal forum?
