There's a mysterious event/scene listed in the LN of D13 (it's an "event" in the original calendar and a "scene" in the weather post). Is this something for which we might want to keep the timeslot open to avoid double-booking, or is it a cutscene?

It was originally an event, but our current population made it kind of untenable, and we weren't 100% sure whether the time investment to rewrite it was worth the negative outcomes if we blew it and the failure option kicked in. So it's a cut scene that you'll find of interest along the lines of Den of Vipers or Telephone LIne. And it is up now.

Hikaru steps forward. "Honorable assembly: we have witnessed several treaties passed between Clans that include defense of our seas. I would recommend a gathering of those affected to see if can standardize arrangements or come to mutual agreement. Barring that we could avoid confusion by clearly compiling the agreements made."

The court's not going to force the clans to talk to each other. Generally, the Imperials don't like you guys doing that in the first place. But the implication is that you could try to get folks together on that subject outside of the strictures of court. Voluntarily, instead of compelled, if you get my drift.

Question for GMs before the ritual planning balloons too far. Is the initial Spellcraft blurb from PMs intended for the initial study group, or open to newcomers? Probably should have asked before getting public planning going, but was zooming a bit in the morning.

In terms of steps forward: you're going to want to make Spellcraft checks to determine how the ritual is conducted precisely. That's going to be a Spellcraft/Intelligence check of 30. If folks want to collaborate on that roll, everyone who breaks a 15 on a Spellcraft/Intelligence check on this subject can lower the TN of the primary roll by 5.
