A Couple of Notes about Time and Place

We've got new folks here, and there's been irregularity in the boards (which we hope will remain fixed, praise Birb!), so a couple of things:

Please remember that, once a new IC day opens, rolls for any earlier IC day should stop happening (unless there's something specific that makes an exception, but Cear or I will note that).

Please also remember that locations, unless otherwise noted, take one thread per timeslot.

What's already in place can remain in place, but please, as you move forward (and it is a delight to see what y'all're doing!), keep the above in mind.
