Masaki *or* Hoshiko would like to ask permission for the kami's blessings to be called upon the play/actors on D7 - and also on the artists/pieces on D8 during the Festival.

Provided the actors/artists involved agree to receive a blessing, of course.

(Hoshiko mentioned this in the Play thread first, but she mentioned she probably wont have time to look at things until evening, so I'm adding this here already but it'd be fairer to have her present this instead of Masaki!)

Per Shinnosuke, it looks like blanket permission for benevolent (and likely non-flashy) blessings and performance enhancing illusions was granted in the GM questions. Unless Shiori is planning Jade Strike as her blessing, I think we can withdraw this one. ^^
