Stars After Clouds (D6 LE)

Jihen had spent much of the day in preparation for the purification of the Empress' body as the heavens poured down their sentiments on the people of Ikoma's Eye.
He found himself more restless than normal following the ceremony. The rain beating down on the roof of the temple where he thought of what was to come.
As darkness descended upon the land and he heavens ceased its weeping... Jihen walked out on the muddy streets of the city to the surrounding roads beyond.
Humans always focused on what was immediately around them... needing lights to clear the way for their feet. It had the unfortunate effect of blocking out the lights above.
Jihen, now more than ever, sought the guidance of the heavenly lights... and found himself staring up into the skies as the clouds parted. Seeking what he could... as earnestly as he could.

Just trying to glean what he can from the stars about the coming days. Raises for... resonance in his mind.
