Eiji continued making his rounds around Kyuden ikoma. He'd heard that Tsurugizan was very interestd in meeting people, and while the court is where the members of court tended do their introductions, the marketplace was a more open area for meeting people from all walks of life, and so Eiji continued his hunt.

Tsurugizan could indeed be found laughing with a pair of guys out walking their dogs. He had a daikon radish under his arm the size of a 12 year old child.

Eiji maneuvered himself into the path of the trio.

"My goodness, wherever did you find such a large daikon?" he asked. It was honestly a pretty amazing sight.

Ah, now this called for a trademark witty Eiji comment. He had something for this.

Surely you'll toss your opponent just as easily as you can a radish....no that's terrible, people would think you're talking about a normal radish. Your opponent will certainly DIE CONsidering that you....no, it's a non-lethal sport, that's too much. You know what ELSE is raddish? Talking to....

While Eiji pondered the perfect counter to his opponent's conversation gambit.....like the large man he was, the sumai just kept walking and chatting happily with the dogwalkers, people of the market giving way to the great man and closing back around him.
