[D13, MA] Open RP thread - Festival for Musubi-no-Kami

She had already praised that piece, but thought of it again fondly.

She glanced back to see if Seppun-sama had followed.

Tomaru gives a small shrug to Jihen and finds himself drawn along by the young Agasha.

"Indeed, the young Dragon, here," and he gestures to her, "has been quite the active member of Court. But then, so have Yasuki-san and Kitsu-san. It will be good to see all of them return in coming years."

Jihen for his part simply smiles softly at Tomaru and follows along quietly.

"Ahhh, I hope to return to Winter Court again next year," Ryoichi agreed. "Court has been quite an interesting experience. I wonder where next year's Winter Court will be held? I suppose it will depend on the will of our next Emperor. Or Empress."

"There had been some discussion about next year, prior to, well, events," he says. "Whether matters will remain as they had been intended isn't clear."

"Heaven will see the Empire to a good caretaker. But the will of the candidates - what is hoped - can multiple visions be supported and flourish? That is a good question. Ideally, all the best can be brought forward. Yasuki-san, I think you know Tatsuya-sama best of us here. Do you know what he would most like to see for Rokugan? For his family? For ronin? The more we share, the more we may identify opportunities to support and bring to fruition."

Sayomi closed her eyes for a brief moment, squashing the surging feeling of embarrassment. "Your words are too kind about my meager skills, minna-sama," she murmured politely, bowing her head to the gathering.

"As for future Winter Courts... who knows where fate leads us. While I've enjoyed my time here, I also look forward to focusing on other things after the winter. The spring will bring changes for many of us."

"Where do you think your duties will take you, come spring?" Ryoichi inquired politely. "Myself, I expect I'll be returning to Junkin province for a time, to help my father prepare for his trip to the capital. The cherry blossoms often come earlier near Yasuki Yashiki, due to the milder climate."

Sayomi answered honestly. "I am not certain yet. It depends on the decisions of my superiors." She didn't really have the status to make grand plans herself most of the time.
