She smiled a little cruelly. "I would say that she is a crutch, but she's our crutch. For now, anyway. I think others are fairly sure that she'll be picked, but I'm not so sure. I definitely don't think we should be putting all our eggs in her basket."

[Asako Kenichi]

Kenichi pondered. "She seems reasonable enough, however she has no heirs. That is a ptoblrm. What are your thoughts on the other candidates?"

[Cearnach]

"I haven't met Gorobei. I've seen Tomaru around, but not to talk to. And I'm actually more familiar with Noriko's husband than Noriko. He used to come to all of these, and she's been home with the boys since just after the marriage, which is way before my time. I guess she was a force to be reckoned with when she was younger, but I guess we'll see what she's still got in the tank. Supposed to be a nice lady, though, for all that'll get you in the end."
