Sanjuro finds an empty space on the floor and calls on the kami to see what they can tell him about the groundshaking of this morning.

He lights a stick of incense begins his meditation. Then he communes with the fire spirit, but is alas, unable to learn anything of import. He spends the remaining time, praying for the safety and health of the Empress and wisdom for the court in the days to come.

He mumbles,

Shiba Ryushi decided to visit the temples once again. This time the man prayed for guidance and protection. Probably the earthquake had awoken something. They knew that the Lion had their connection with the spirits, but the Shiba didn't expect it to be so crass. The Phoenix finished their prayers and noted the Dragon. He approached but waited to be acknowledged.

Sanjuro had been singularly minded, and just noticed someone stepped up. He nods to him and speaks softly. "Well met, Shiba-san."

The Shiba gave a bow. "This one is Shiba Ryushi. I hope I am not interrupting your prayers Dragon sama." The Shiba presented himself. "I hope the fortunes have blessed you this morning."
