The Temple Complex is a fairly large space in the grounds of Kyuden Ikoma given over to spiritual matters. The principal temple is that of Tengen, which is also the site of the Ikoma Libraries, but several shrines of varying sizes are also present, including shrines to Bishamon, Ebisu, Fukurokujin, and Agashiko. There are absolutely no suggestions of Shinseist practice here.
The shrines are staffed by about 30 Fortunist monks who live on-site. The temples are considered "open" from EM to EN each day.

The Ikoma Libraries are an integral part of the Temple of Tengen. They are an attempt at a comprehensive collection of Rokugani knowledge. While not entirely successful and occasionally purged of "offensive material" by individual daimyo, the Ikoma have still managed to amass a truly impressive collection of materials, particularly of the history of the Empire.
Mechanics
If you are a monk, Lion clan samurai, or have written permission from Ikoma Ryota, Akodo Sanae, or Matsu Tsuruyo, you can consult the records of the Ikoma Libraries. Make a Lore: X/Intelligence check against a TN of 20 to pose a question. Each Raise allows you to pose an additional question, effectively extending your research. If you succeed at an Etiquette (Bureaucracy)/Awareness check at TN 25 to use the Libraries well, they grant the temporary use of the Sage advantage. You may only make one such check per visit to the Ikoma Libraries.
The Libraries contain only information that would be written down and kept in a library. Obscure rumors and deep secrets are not their stock in trade. Choose your questions carefully.
