The halls of the Tenshu are studded with cosy alcoves and tastefully-appointed sitting areas designed for conversation and impromptu meetings. Theoretically these meetings are private, but in practice the halls of the Tenshu are so full this court that very little actual privacy can be found. Do not be surprised if snatches of conversations here occasionally appear in the Rumormill--with the all of mishearings and errors that plague our lives.
