Jinkan would come before the court and directly face the Miya who was managing the floor today after doing the assorted bows.

"This humble servant is Mirumoto Jinkan, and I would suggest that the lands near the court, harmed by the earthquake be nominated as target for the Empress's Blessing. There is much good that the Blessing could do for the people effected by the earthquake, and I hope they will be considered." Jinkan finished with another bow.

Sae had stepped forward to present a (highly) sanitised report of the trip to Ryoko Owari to the Court, only to be far too slow as the Crab launched their three clawed offering assault. Still reeling from shock she is too slow again as Jinkan then steps in to propose something surprisingly generous.

It's only after the air clears slightly that the magistrate is able to quietly present her own offering and withdraw. Hoping that since it came at the Court's end it would draw minimal fuss.
