The obligatory gallery thread. You know what to do.

The obligatory entrance post! Eiji at least was the sort to oblige by appearing in court. He had a lot of treaties to get through today. And there was an artistic competition tonight. And of course the Kill Team.

I'm sorry, what?

Eiji just sort of froze as the Crab just casually announced that apparently while Eiji's tea visits were apparently closely being monitored an entire kill team could apparently take shots at the fifth wind.

Was this Crab humor?


Well maybe, the Crab did have a sort of dark humor, but he didn't seem to be joking.

Surely the court couldn't let this slide, could they?

Yasuki Ryoichi stood among the Crab delegates. A grimace crossed his face at the mention of "kill teams" but he did not seem to be overly alarmed. Perhaps there was something to this 'dark Crab humor' idea.

Yuna was present in a bright green kimono, with a lavish floral pattern, with flowers in yellow, blue, and, particularly, orange.

At the mention of a 'kill squad', she looked startled, and quickly recovered her composure behind her matching fan.

Dangerous times. But surely the Lion hosts and Seppun guard and all the bushi present were doing all they could do.

She frowned as Soshi-san suggested otherwise.

Jihen was also at court like always.

He observed with the same attitude as always.

Honoka was in court, listening to the debate with a neutral expression. She wondered if the Seppun would accept this or not.

Daichi was perhaps a little bit more towards the front and center of things today. He had something to bring up after all, perhaps even several somethings.

Things were already starting to get to a roaring start though, which did have him more then a bit concerned.

Ryusei was there, of course. He never missed a day, since Court was the entire reason he was even in this part of the Empire.

He had some business to conduct, of course, but that didn't stop him from listening to the opening... festivities with some concern.

He could see Eiji's point, but he thought Yuna had the right of it- punishment of any sort should wait until the nature of the failure was known.

As things have calmed down, Sayomi withdrew to the sidelines to watch the rest of court...

Ryushi made his way to the galleries and listened to the precedings.

Apart from the initial rush at the start of the court, Sayomi could tell it was going to be a relatively quiet day on the floor. Perhaps many were still tired after being woken up from the attack, and some were perhaps cautious or scared.

Either way, seeing agreements go through with ease did please her. She liked that those ran smoothly, and she suspected Hida Kozume prefered it this way too.

Yuna listened attentively as each trade was presented.

And then she smiled to see Shiba-san take the floor.

An excellent proposal, indeed. In that moment, she did not try to hide the admiration in her gaze.
