D1 EE: Folding Hopes Into Paper (open)

Hoshiko settles among the art display in the Crane common room, her writing box set before her as a portable table of sorts. First though, she extracts the needed supplies: A sheet of fine red paper, a smooth folding tool made of antler, brushes, ink, and inkstone, a small ball of some kind of fluff a small flat stone to burn incense on, and a bit of incense for it.

After everything is set out, she offers prayers to the kami; asks her ancestors and any others who wish to support their descendants through her craft to bless the work; and lights the incense before setting to work.
