(OOC: Reflections of Pan Ku on a sword, possibly the well-made one, could maybe help. Dayflip is around the corner, so leaving a roll here since nobody else asked for healing - assuming the help is accepted, to avoid rolling after dayflip. I still have one healing slot available if needed.

After a moment concentrating on the sword, Masaki walks back to Sae, handing it back.

"The sword is not of particular spiritual importance in itself, it seems. But the Water spirits note it has been held since its forging by a ronin by the name of 'Nio'", she stops, makes the gestures to draw the ideograms on her hand with a finger. "... probably best to put that down to paper later", she adds with an apologetic smile. "The swordsmith was one Akodo Hana, of Shiro sano Ken Hayai" another set of kanji is finger-written "who gifted the sword to Nio on his gempukku."

She bows slightly. "I don't know if that will prove helpful. If any further research on the matter may help, I'll be glad to oblige, Daidoji-sama."
