Game of Letters is for being a bit playful and mysterious and artistic--as opposed to just sending a letter for purely practical reasons--so you can kinda have fun with it. Pick a poem (some people have shared nice links to poetry sites, I think, if you don't want to write one yourself), and also write down the "hidden intent" you want it to convey.
You can add other details for fun, like the paper you use and decorations attached, but that's not essential.
