For people that choose the 'stay in court option' and are not sure about how to calculate honour gains, it depends on your honour ranks (page 91 of core rulebook):
0 honour: gain 9 points of honour
1-2 honour: gain 8 points of honour
3-4 honour: gain 6 points of honour
5-6 honour: gain 6 points of honour
7-8 honour: gain 5 points of honour
9-1 honour: gain 3 points of honour
For example, if your honour rank is 5.5 you would gain 6 points of honour, going to honour rank 6.1
