So, I messed up. I misread your post in Gorbei rescue thread as unlocking at 1 PM and not AM, so I thought it was unlocked. I didn't realize the error until I went post and saw it still locked.

Can we just say it didn't happen so someone else can take it (or I can reroll tomorrow if no on takes before then)?

Sorry if someone already asked this, but are reduced costs/XP towards Advantages reward still needing the +2 XP for buying them in game?

Also on XP expenditures, a rather random question: what would the skill and trait be for ventriloquism? I'm guessing Perform (maybe a specific one?), but then... Awareness? Something else? Or just an emphasis of something else?
