Who controls hex (094, 051) on the map, near Otosan Uchi? Is it under direct Imperial Control, or is it under some family or house?

If a samurai receives Glory, they may choose to dedicate it or a portion of it to their Wind by publicly linking the Wind to their accomplishment.

How does this work? Do you sacrifice the Glory gain in return for gaining points for this Wind, or you get the Glory AND your Wind gets points?

Does dedicating a share of Glory automatically lock you in as a "public supporter" of that Wind? Or can you dedicate one glory award to wind A and another glory packet to wind B? (admittedly inefficiently)

With the change to have proposals pre-written, can we *still* present new proposals in court if they're directly related to something that's been proposed? Either 'counter' proposals or 'lateral but directly related' proposals?

Dedicating Glory to a Wind must be public, and it does mark you as a public supporter of the Wind in question.

Dedicating the Glory also gives the Glory to that Wind, keeping none for you.

Keihime's the Advisor; Rumiko's the Chancellor. Just making sure on that, since you say the one here and the other in the thread.

Re: libraries, as long as permission's open to all participants, yes. Use the Cooperative Skill rules in the Core book. It does, however, eat the timeslot for everybody involved.

Maybe a bit of an odd question, when you are 'advance/Introduce Own Position' who is it contested against? Is it the person hosting the court that day (so for example Miya Hachi today)?
